Demolishing existing houses commences
General site prep conducted
Removal of all existing structures on the property commences

bulk earthworks commences
Stormwater piping arrives on site

JANUARY - FEBRUARY 2022
Brisbane floods tested the site, but the land pads, though incomplete remained flood free.
rectification works were in place to fix the damage caused, with minimal casualties to progress.
MARCH - APRIL 2022
Storm water management process commences through park area
remainder soil and top soil arrive on site.
Sewer piping installation commences.
MAY - JUNE 2022
Drainage installed into parkland area
Culvert drain installed in south precinct for stormwater drainage
Road cut commences.
JULY - AUGUST 2022
Retention basins removed from the estate
Majority of lots reach top level with compaction to follow
Road cut has commenced with majority of curb and channel installed on the north side.
SEPT - OCTOBER 2022
Park landscaping commence
Bitumen is done on the North and approved by council
final retaining walls are completed with earthworks closing off.
NOV - DECEMBER 2022
Completion of the estate
Roads finalised with plumbing and electrical works being activated
now awaiting registration.
